Ready to dive in? We will raise an invoice for your club to proceed with the annual subscription payment. You can pay via bank transfer, or if preferred, we also offer the option to pay by credit card. Send us an email with your Club's name, ABN, postal address and your contact details, including your best contact number and role at the club and we will contact you to confirm the plan you would like to subscribe to and we will get you started straight away.

2. Subscription and On-boarding:
Once the payment is received, you’ll receive an on-boarding form. This form is essential for gathering all the necessary information, including formatted files, content, logos, and more, to ensure we can create the best website for your club.

3. Website Draft and Approval:
We will draft a website based on the provided information and send it to you for approval. You’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.

4. Finalisation and Launch:
After incorporating your feedback, we will finalise the website. We’ll assist you with the website launch to maximise its usage and awareness among your community.

5. Ongoing Support and Performance Check-Ins:

Post-launch, we’ll periodically check in to see how things are going and offer suggestions for improving site performance. Our support options, including comprehensive knowledge guides are always available if you need assistance.

6. Annual Renewal and Updates:
As we approach your annual renewal, we’ll discuss any minor update requirements. For those on our Premium Pro package, we offer a complete design overhaul every three years as part of your ongoing package.
